Hydroponics is an agricultural production system that allows plants to be harvested without the use of soil or earth. Nutrients dissolved in the water are supplied directly to the roots.

Freshness:

We keep the roots in our EVA lettuces so that they can remain fresher for a longer period of time. They remain fresh for up to 20 days if properly stored. In addition, our lettuces are packed individually, which guarantees freshness.


We use fresh, deep-well water in our production process and our Eva lettuces are thus completely free of toxic substances.


Hydroponics is a sustainable method that saves water, prevents soil erosion and doesn't pollute lakes or streams.
